What tools do you work with?

Most things with an API. Common ones: GoCardless, Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Twilio, Zapier/Make, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and any modern CRM.

Can you build bespoke web apps?

Yes. Our stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma and PostgreSQL for full-build internal apps. For simpler automations we use Zapier or Make.

How much does this cost?

Small integrations from £500. Bespoke internal apps from £4,000. We quote a fixed price after the mapping session.

Do you charge per integration?

No. We charge for the work to build it. Once built, it runs on your accounts, you pay nothing to us per transaction.

What if the automation breaks?

Aftercare retainer is available. If you would rather hold us only for the build, we document everything so any developer can pick it up.
